Overview

The Class Rooms module is a core component of the SDM ERP system dedicated to managing Class Rooms records. It exists to digitize, organize, and streamline the administration of Class Rooms, ensuring that the educational institution can securely track, manage, and retrieve this data efficiently.

Business Use Case

The Class Rooms module defines the physical spaces available within the school. These classrooms are primarily utilized by the Timetable module. When a timetable is created, the system displays all available classrooms. If a session or class is scheduled in a specific classroom, it will automatically appear on the timetable assigned to that physical space, preventing double-booking and ensuring efficient use of school resources.
