Performance

The Performance module provides a comprehensive, data-driven dashboard that visualizes academic and behavioral performance across the entire institution. It aggregates marks, grades, and evaluations into interactive graphical reports.

A unified performance tracking system allows educational leaders to make informed decisions. Rather than sifting through raw grading data, administrators can view trends at a glance, identify high-performing or struggling groups, and drill down to specific students to provide targeted interventions.

The Performance dashboard features a multi-level drill-down approach:

1. Overall School Performance:
   • A high-level overview of the entire institution's academic standing, broken down by Grades.
2. Grade to Classes:
   • Selecting a Grade displays the performance comparison between all its Classes.
3. Class to Subjects:
   • Clicking on a Class reveals the average performance in each Subject taught within that Class.
4. Subject to Students:
   • Selecting a Subject shows individual student performance metrics, making it easy to identify top achievers and those needing support.
5. Individual Student Profile:
   • Clicking on a student provides a detailed breakdown of their performance across all their enrolled subjects, alongside attendance trends.
